Headcount Payroll Services is a dedicated payroll processing bureau. The company was formed in 1997, has a UK customer base of c200 clients and processes 13,000 payslips per month.

Services provided range from payroll administration to fully managed services and Headcount is a BACS approved bureau. All Headcount payroll processing staff are qualified to IPPM standard.

Headcount uses TeamSpirit software which was the first system to achieve accreditation under the Inland Revenue Payroll Standard. This accreditation involves extensive testing of the software to ensure it meets all current UK legislation. It has also been tested to handle electronic exchange of IR forms with the Revenue.

TeamSpirit is authored by Headcount's parent company, Selven Group plc, a specialist HR software developer. Selven Group was established in 1979, employs 40+ people and has a turnover of £2.5million. Selven Group is an Investor in People.
